You have a story to tell. I'm here to listen.
I am a National Certified Counselor; Licensed in the states of California (LPCC), Montana (LCPC), & Washington (LMHC).
I specialize in working with adults who have (or are suspicious of having) ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar and executive function deficits. I have worked with many college age students as well as professionals in various fields such as tech, education, and medicine. I truly understand the demands and expectations of these careers and how mental health challenges can impact productivity and work life balance.
I also have an extensive background in school-based supports, such as 504 and IEP writing, as well as consultation and recommendations for accommodations in school or the workplace.
As a relaxed and genuine clinician, I strive to foster an empathic, down-to-earth relationship and comfortable therapeutic environment where you feel heard, understood and safe. I utilize a whole person, humanistic, solution-focused approach to our sessions. Furthermore, I incorporate mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT skills, emotion focused theories, Inferential- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and strength based approaches to our work together.
You have a story to tell and I want to listen. This journey may be new, or has been repeated many times. Each step may feel scary or familiar. Be kind and gentle to yourself as you embark on this next journey. All are welcome.
I provide individual therapy to adults in the areas of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety Disorders, Depression, OCD, and Bipolar Disorder. At this time I only offer telehealth services. I utilize CBT, DBT skills, Inferential-CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused modalities for our work.
Do you need help navigating workplace accommodations for yourself? Do you need help navigating the Special Education Process for your child? Do they have a 504 or Individual Education Plan (IEP) that needs fresh and updated recommendations? Do you need recommendations on which schools to apply at for your child based on their learning style or needs?
Together we work on building executive function skills. This may include support with organization of school or work projects, time management, sustaining attention on tasks, work-home-life balance. We can also explore career possibilities if you're unemployed or looking for a change in career.
