I enjoy helping women and men who have, or are suspicious of having ADHD, Anxiety and/or OCD, achieve goals, develop coping strategies for healing, and feel more connected in their relationships.  Many adults are finding they experience symptoms similar to those with ADHD or OCD and fear they may have a missed diagnosis.  Many emotions accompany this feeling, such as grief and anger, frustration and denial, perhaps even surprise or relief and hope.  Together we can appreciate them and acknowledge their role in your life and how to be at peace with a new or suspected diagnosis, or even come to terms with a more accurate and meaningful diagnosis. If a diagnosis is not what you are searching for, fear not, a diagnosis is not important all in situations in order to be seen, heard and understand, and most importantly get relief.

I enjoy utilizing various methods and means to assess and diagnose, as well as understand what motivates you, your behaviors and outcomes.  My clients range in age from college students to retired professionals in various fields such as tech, education, and medicine.  I truly understand the demands and expectations of being in school, and in these careers and how mental health challenges can impact productivity and work life balance.   My clients appreciate my collaborative and informative approach and report learning new things about themselves during our work together.

I earned my Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Indiana University in 2004 and my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000.
